A. Most likely alternator fault.

A. No, but our service vans are out and about all the time so call and make a booking and we can visit your area within a week.

A. All our parts are backed by manufacturers warrantees and Newlands policy is to only stock and sell quality.

Q. Does a keyless chuck work as well as one with a key?
A. Yes

Q. Can I drill into metal all day with a cordless drill without wearing it out too quick?
A. Battery condition determines length of drilling time.

Q. Can I use a cordless drill in the rain?
A. Yes.

Q. What's the difference between an impact drill, hammer drill and twist drill?
A. A hammer drill is designed specifically for concrete. An impact drill is designed for drilling but is capable of drilling into concrete. A twist drill is for standard drilling.

Q. Can I get a cordless angle grinder?
A. Yes, but they are expensive!

Q. Do you have to completely discharge the battery before recharging?
A. Not in all cases. Different types of battery determine this.

Q. Can I use a circular saw to cut metal?
A. No!! Special metal cutting saws are available.
