Manufacturing Foreman
Newlands has spent over 30 years developing an innovative approach to prefabricated harnesses, wire processing, and electrical systems. Our close-knit team, based in Ashburton, manufactures high-quality harnesses and electrical systems, delivering pre-assembled packages that streamline installation for our customers.
As demand for our solutions continues to grow, so too will our manufacturing division. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Foreman to lead our team, drive efficiency, and support Newlands Group’s ambitious growth plans in this sector while still having a production component to the role.
What you’ll need to succeed:

A strong background in auto electrical, electronics, or electrical componentry
-
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical plans
-
Proven experience in training, engaging, and motivating staff
-
Leadership and management skills, with a results-driven mindset and excellent time management
-
Experience in manufacturing, process design, and implementation.
